BIOtech Now readers planning to attend the BIO International Convention in Atlanta (May 18-21) or follow the event online may want to know that the “official” social media tag for the convention is bio09 (or #bio09 for Twitter).
If you are a blogger, podcaster, video-blogger, photographer, reporter or other producer of online content, BIO will be monitoring those tags and looking for content to include in official convention coverage on convention.bio.org and other BIO online properties. You can be part of the coverage by:
- Tagging all of your content (blog posts, photos, links, video, etc) with bio09
- If using Flickr for photos or YouTube for video: please use the tag bio09
- Twitter: add the hashtag #bio09 and your tweet will display on the @BIOConvention Twitter page
